FRAYT is looking for an ambitious Senior Account Executive to help fuel the growth of our 3PL/Brokerage ICP segment. Reporting temporarily to our CEO, this person should be primarily a “hunter” and self-starter who will build new relationships to drive growth in new and existing customers, build delivery volume, and ultimately trust with our customers. The focus will be on identifying and winning new 3PLs logos and generating new contracts from existing accounts.  

This role is strongly preferred to be located in or around one of the following areas:

  • Cincinnati, OH
  • Dallas or Austin, TX

Responsibilities (How you will contribute):

 
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities that will allow you to exceed your targets. Manage your own forecast to track progress
  • Design and execute a consultative business development strategy and manage the full partnership lifecycle including: lead generation, customer acquisition, and ongoing customer utilization
  • Demonstrate key elements of our technology suite to prospective partners through face-to-face and online web demonstrations
  • Conduct outbound warm and cold calls on prospective companies
  • Convert inbound opportunities, establishing communication and sales cadences appropriate for building meaningful relationships
  • Build an expertise in logistics and competitive companies, then leverage this knowledge to provide clear communications about company differentiators and competitive advantages
  • Work closely with our Marketing team to identify and execute campaigns to help achieve customer acquisition goals
  • Work closely with our Technology team to determine technical plans and capabilities that cater to a prospective client’s needs
 

Qualifications (What you will bring):

  • 5-10 years as a top performer selling to 3PLs/Brokerages organizations in a high-growth environment in last-mile, supply chain or supply chain related technology companies
  • Experience discovering and converting new business and new contracts with Mid-Market or national 3PL/Brokerages
  • Have a strong “hunter” mentality with a proven track record of success in sales
  • Demonstrated knowledge of transportation and gig economy companies
  • Expertise in developing business cases and customizing presentations to fit targeted partnerships or industries
  • CRM organized and diligent in tracking progress / showing work
  • Thrives when given autonomy and has a zero-quit mentality
  • Confident and helpful communication style and presentation skills
  • Relational, creative-critical thinker with a solution first owner mentality
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
